• Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and license key. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your license key confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your license with others (single-user license)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI-VTOOL to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass or break security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Use automated systems without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the video scripts, ideas, and content you generate using AI-VTOOL. You may use them commercially.

Our Platform: AI-VTOOL, including our software, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publication.

6. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your payment information
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• To request a refund, contact support@aivtool.app
• After refund, your license will be deactivated

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Results will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-VTOOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services.

• OpenAI: AI content generation (subject to OpenAI's Terms)
• Supabase: Data storage and authentication
